8th. September 1938.

Messrs. Price's Lubricants Ltd.,
Belmont Works,
Battersea,
LONDON, S.W.11.

For the attention of Mr.R.W.Knight.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of 7th. inst., and have noted the contents with interest.

We agree that the figure of 5/-d. {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} per gallon which we mentioned applies to commerical Glycerine, but did not think it would be necessary to pay more than 6/-d. {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} per gallon for single distilled or pure Glycerine.

The quantity in which we shall be requiring to buy Glycerine is approximately 110 gallons at a time, and as already mentioned, if we buy Glycerine from you we shall include Price's "Zero" in our list of recommended anti-freeze solutions in our instruction manuals.

We should be glad to know, therefore, as soon as possible whether you are prepared to meet us in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
