W.A.Rowbotham, Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Mr. Rowbotham:

I am in receipt of your letter of the 15th instant, for which I thank you.

Owing to unforeseen circumstances affecting our Drawing Office during the past few days, we have been a little delayed in getting out the valve area for piston area figures. However, I hope to get these off to you in a day or so when the pressure occasioned on this rush work has been lifted.

I am very pleased to hear that you are sending over a single cylinder unit to us and with regard to a convenient time when one of your people could come to our works, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of next week, whichever is convenient to yourselves would suit us. We should, however, like you to inform us as soon as possible which day would be most suitable.

With kind regards,

Yours sincerely,
F.M.Aspin
