CHASSIS 189-GY - FRANCKISS.

With reference to H10/RK5.4.32 and A16/H12.4.32 we feel satisfied that the motor complained of was O.K.

With regard to the last paragraph of A's note which says the voltage was low on the faulty motor, this shows that there must be voltage loss on the system which rather confirms our diagnosis.

However, if you so desire we should like to have an opportunity, if the car is available, of sending someone to examine the whole wiring system. Will you please let us know what you would like us to do in the matter as we will very carefully confirm again that the starter motor in question is perfectly O.K.
