P1. FROM DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} C. to S2. HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ORIGINAL SHOCK DAMPERS. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}4/M23.4.31. X235. Herewith we send N. sch. 3268. shewing the piston modified in accordance with R1/M14431. We have shewn the first two alternatives, namely, a bolt located by a taper and a plain parallel bolt, and we should be glad if Derby would say which of the two they would prefer from a manufacturing point of view. We expect that they will prefer the lower one, in which case all that will be needed is to try it out. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
