To Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} c. to Ed.{J. L. Edwards} c. to Her. c. to By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}✓ ORIGINAL. GOSHAWK 11. X4260 PARALLEL FRONT DUMB IRON FIXING. We send you herewith drawing No. Lec 1528 shewing the above. In this design the dumb iron fixing is made parallel for the sake of ease of production and simplicity, and Mr. Royce would like you to make a test of this with a view to standardisation as soon as convenient, on the Goshawk. It should not however interfere with production, and the designs already sent through, adaptable to the present standard frame. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} | ||
