A conference was held recently to decide which items would have to be held up, and a copy of the minutes of this conference is attached hereto. As the 50 sets of material already instructed are to be part of the 300, will you please instruct for 250 sets of all items that are cleared, and instructions for the remainder will be issued as the various items are released.
