Re. 19" WHEELS FOR PHANTOM II.

The speedometer revs. as fitted to 19-EX were 774 per mile. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. ordered 789 revs, but the makers could not give these revs. We have been satisfied with the speedometer on 19-EX with 774.revs.
