RE PISTONS With reference to the addition of oil holes to the gudgeon pin bosses, recently instructed for the Phantom Piston. We think that a similar modification to the 20HP Piston would be beneficial although it is not so necessary with this size of piston. The holes could we think be put in without any alteration to the casting. We carried out some tests of this oil hole on 20HP pistons some time ago, and we are satisfied that they are an advantage. | ||
