re Piston Rings.

We have received from Messrs. Jos. Stubbs Ltd. two Piston Ring Pot Castings E.9098. Please arrange with the Experimental Dept. to make a number of our present standard Piston Rings and thoroughly test same as compared with the Piston Rings we are making in our Works, and those we are buying from outside contractors. These pots are made from special metal which will allow the rings to be quickly removed and replaced on Pistons without breaking up. It is expected it will be more elastic than the rings we are at present using. The pots may be had on application at the Stores.

Please return papers
