-3- STUMP IRONS. LAMP IRONS. WIRING CLIPS. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} waiting for these items from the Works. Works have been held up on the first two items for Nuts from outside suppliers. We have now received a supply of Nuts and better deliveries are promised. The Wiring Clips have been held up in the Works for Washers from outside, but we have also now received a few of these. SHORT TYPE BRAKE LEVERS. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} stated there was delay in delivery of chassis on test owing to changes in the levers etc. coming from London. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} to take up the growing changes made by London after the chassis is built and on test, - with Mr. Cowen. CYLINDER WATER JACKET COVERS. Cannot get good ones, - metal too hard (breaking our drills,) Fitters in the Works are now standing for them. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} suggests making 100 of them in gunmetal, until we can get Wallworks going. No decision come to re this although the meeting seemed to think it was a good suggestion. Only 6 out of last 30 passed test. ------------------ | ||
