Dear Sirs,

Re Phantom III Application.

We would confirm telephone conversation of this morning when you requested the supply of three 13 1/2" Driven Plate assemblies (less hubs) fitted with Ferodo No.6 facings .125" thick, these plates required by you for bursting tests.

Instructions have been issued to Works and three plates will be despatched to you to-night, labelled for your attention, and we would kindly ask you to arrange for confirmatory order to be passed.

In addition, we should appreciate confirmatory order for the one 13 1/2" special driven plate we are arranging to send direct to Messrs. Ferodo Ltd., at Chapel-en-le-Frith, having facings with steel backing plates.
