Linnett} 16th. July, 1930. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Fowler-Clark Esq., Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Mr. Fowler-Clark, Mr. Minchin has, I think, suggested that you should pay us a visit here to discuss various propositions which we have for an improved design of plate grid for your batteries. We are, however, carrying out a few tests which will not be completed for about five or six weeks, and it would be better if you could postpone the visit until then, as we shall then have something concrete to discuss. At the present time a certain amount is only theory and we cannot actually back it up with results. If this will be convenient to you I will write you again when everything is ready. With kind regards, Yours sincerely, [Signature] CGPP/GL.{G. Linnett} | ||
