(3) refit the "Continental heads" and try the modified hot box, throttle body and induction system RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}462/3/4/5/6 in comparison with the std. system as instructed in the memo. RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}12/AP.3.8.37.

Bentley Unit No.4.

Complete the tests of previous memo. regarding effect on valve temperature with alternative form of coolant jets and without as standard.

Check valve springs as submitted for bounce and surge, please let me know when these tests are carried out.

Bentley Unit No.18.

Unit with Nelson Bohnalite pistons and present productions AC.2 bearings.

Test pistons in accordance with Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Mths.{Reg Matthews} instructions.
