GOSHAWK 11. SIDE STEERING TUBE. X4265

We send herewith N.sch.1277, showing the modifications which Mr. Royce wishes on the buffer end of the side steering tube.

It will be seen that the clearance has been increased from .125 to .150, and the shoulder on the pads for screwing up against, has been modified so that the outer half slides on the nut instead of the stem of the pad. Also the hexagons have been altered in size.

These modifications should replace those shewn on N.sch. 1267.
