To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner} c.c. RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X235 E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner}5/HP.12.9.33. re Bentley Spherical Pedal Shaft. We think the next 10,000 miles car should be fitted up with spherically mounted pedal shaft to design LeC.3483. This was instructed experimentally on 19/5/33 and we should like to know if Experimental Department are satisfied with the mounting of the shaft in the gearbox without any alteration to the other end of the shaft.
