JS{Mr Johnson's Secretary}2/E17/9/24 Will you please note that the following arrangement was agreed to yesterday at a conference between R, CJ., BJ. and Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}:- CJ pointed out that it was of great importance that we should have cars fitted with 6 brakes ready to demonstrate to Pressmen before the opening of the Exhibition at Olympia on the 16th October, a month hence, and that therefore it might be necessary for Sales to absorb for this purpose the first few sets of springs of 12 1/2% which are made in accordance with R's requirements. Also will you please let me know for CJ's information what cars can be available for the purpose of these Press demonstrations and when. JS.{Mr Johnson's Secretary} | ||
