Can we see some of the bits please? This appears to be the first we have heard of it, as we cannot trace a Complaint Report.

Actually, the crown wheel is secured by studs, and we are a bit doubtful as to which locking ring you refer to. Perhaps you will be good enough to let us have a bit more information.
