Dear Sir, Thank you for your letter of the 28th September. We have an experimental engineer who is occupied in dealing with technical questions such as those you raise, and who travels between London and the Continent investigating complaints. We suggest that he should try the car at Kingsbury, at a time to suit your convenience, and that if as a result of his tests and the work done at Kingsbury you are not satisfied, he will take the matter up with us at Derby. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
