Dear Sirs,

In reference to your letter of May 6th. in which you state that K.L.G. screens will not fit our A5B. plug.

We have obtained from Messrs. K.L.G. one of their latest type MSV/1. screen, and also their MSR. screen.

We have tried these on our A5B. plug and find that they fit perfectly. We are therefore entirely at a loss to understand your complaint.

If on investigation you still find that our plugs will not fit the screens, would you be good enough to return a screen and a plug to us, in order that we may make further investigation.

Yours faithfully,

LODGE PLUGS LIMITED.
