Requesting a system to track suggestions and failures from extended runs to prevent future issues and loss of information.

There were many suggestions made in Hml/W29.11.23 and the accompanying papers. There were also failures which occurred during the run. Will you please arrange for a record to be kept of what action is taken in regard to each of the suggestions, and how it is intended to prevent the failures in future, so that in a month's time a report may be sent to us saying how each item has been dealt with. We feel that to obtain the full benefit of these extended runs, it will be an advantage to you and to ourselves to receive such reports in order to prevent the possibility of any particular suggestion or item being overlooked in course of time, and the benefit of the suggestion or discovery being thereby lost. We know how difficult it is to keep track of a number of items unless some such arrangement is made. I am asking Sales to give Works instructions with regard to the disposal of the chassis. BJ. | ||
