With reference to my discussion with you on the above, and the fact that it has been one of our serious complaints with chassis for some time, the attached is copy of a memo we have today received from Sales in connection with the matter, which rather confirms the fact that we are actually definitely receiving complaints from customers about this weakness, which you agree is now having your urgent attention.
