BY.5/G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 26.1.32.

Chassis will have new bonnet and dash fitted by Monday evening, February 1st.

c/- INSTRUMENT PATCH.

It was decided to place an order for 100 sets of instruments with Smiths.

R.R. to make the patch itself.

To get this cleared in time Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} will issue standardisation sheets at once.

BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}

P.S. It was agreed that on these units we could afford to wait a month further, as the parts can all be put on at the finish, and are not basic factors from which the erection of a chassis starts.
