j.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Oil Leaks.

There were complaints of oil leaks from rocker cover, tappet cover and oil filler joints.

GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} will investigate this complaint. In the meantime LA.{L. A. Archer} has tests of a better joint in hand.

k.{Mr Kilner} Speedometer drives.

Noisy speedometer drives were complained of, due to the numerous sharp bends in the present arrangement.

LA.{L. A. Archer}, JLE{J. Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager} and Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} will consider the possibility of fitting the drives in a better position.

l. Regulators.

As a cure for complaints of insufficient battery charging, Sr. will try 36 watt head lamp bulbs.

m.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Crankcase finish.

'N' complained of jointing material causing stains on the crankcase. RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} will look into this.

n. Big end bearings.

Sr's Demonstration Car is now fitted with Aluminium big end bearings, with a view to getting some experience with this arrangement.
