Shell Mex Limited, with regard to the consignment of 500 gallons of Aircraft Fuel to Specification D.T.D.230 which was delivered to you on the 10th inst. According to Shell Mex Limited, the octane value of this fuel is 89. This fuel therefore, whilst being satisfactory for development running would not be suitable for type test as the octane value is higher than permitted for type test running. BY/EM1. | ||
