re Gearbox Senior Range.
Section 6030 Gearbox and Actuating Gear.

We send herewith the following details of Section 6030 Gearbox and actuating gear for the gearbox of the Senior range made from PL.43 PL. 65 and PL.79.

RG.{Mr Rowledge}164 Selector shaft 1st. and 2nd. speeds - replaces GB.5120.
RG.{Mr Rowledge}165 Selector shaft 3rd. and 4th. speeds - replaces GB.5121.
RG.{Mr Rowledge}166 Selector shaft reverse ............ - replaces GB.5122.
RG.{Mr Rowledge}167 Reverse actuating jaw............. - replaces GB.5127 D.C.

For your information and guidance we send herewith also the following :-

(1) The Silver Dawn L.O.P. GB.5393 with marginal notes to assist you in preparing the new L.O.P. for this section 6030 (We have discovered two mistakes in GB.5393)

(2) Blue prints of existing details which will be of use to you. Will you please file these and remove our tickets, if any.

We confirm that in the interest of the Rationalised programme, you will delete all the clutch casing details from this L.O.P. and give them a new section of their own.

Regarding the gearbox casting RG.{Mr Rowledge}171 (3 sheets) this has been detailed for the R.H. Side change, but the casting has the necessary boxes for the L.H. Side.change and both L.H. and R.H. Steering column gear changes.

For L.H. Cars with either gear change two 2.B.A. tapped holes on the bottom of the box are not required.
