C O P Y. ---------- BORG & BECK COMPANY LTD. BROCK HOUSE. LANGHAM STREET. LONDON. W.1. Rolls Royce Limited, Experimental Department, Derby. 12th January 1933. Dear Sirs, We have pleasure in confirming the visit of our representative, Mr. Barger, to your Works and the courtesy extended to him during his interview with Mr. Grills and Mr. Allen. It is our understanding that you are interested in certain features of Borg & Beck clutches and desire our assistance in this regard. If you will, therefore, co-operate fully with us in connection with your tests on the Borg & Beck material, we shall be very pleased to place our services entirely at your disposal. It is also assumed that in the event of your adopting any of the Borg & Beck features, arrangements would have to be made with us on a royalty or similar basis. Will you please be good enough to confirm this understanding, as we are anxious to demonstrate our willingness to co-operate with you without delay and to work along lines which we feel will be to our mutual advantage. Assuring you of our best attention at all times, Yours faithfully, Borg & Beck Company Limited. (Signed G.H. Godway) Sales Executive. | ||
