The lid{A. J. Lidsey} of the battery box can be removed from above for the purpose of inspecting the battery, and giving it such small attentions as adding water to the cells.
For more important work on the battery the car should be run over a pit and the battery and box be taken away from below.
Would you kindly put this scheme in hand in accordance with Mr. Royce's wishes.
