'SS{S. Smith}' SIDE STEERING TUBE. X.7450
X.7410 X.7380

Herewith we send N.sch.2567 shewing the
layout of the steering, side steering tube, front end of
frame etc.

We have kept the geometry as perfect as
possible.

It will be noticed that the axle is dropped
about .750" and there is a further drg. in connection with
this point.

It will be seen that this drg. gives you
final instructions with reference to the front spring, and
front and rear anchorages of the front spring.

With reference to the ball joints we have
assumed that they will be like N.sch.2301., though we have
had no report as to these. In any case it will be possible
to use any type of joint which we have so far instructed
for Phantom or Eac.7.
