I have seen a copy of your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.17/JH4.5.36 and note you will be in London on the 12th instant.

After you have seen Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car you might like to look at mine, as mine is the other extreme in that it has only one condensor in the whole outfit and no suppressors. It is a later model than Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s and a great advance on the one I previously had on 9-RY.

Its chief objections are :

(1) It suffers from noise due to static current in the wheels, but this ceases immediately the brake pedal is depressed.

(2) It is very sensitive to certain types of Neon signs and of course electric trams and trolley buses, but I suppose most sets suffer from these outside influences.
