BENTLEY BRAKE SHOES

We have handed to By/EM. a Bentley brake shoe that is obviously a faulty casting.

As this shoe was booked out from Production and failed after five minutes light running on a rig we regard this as a serious matter. Will you please take the necessary steps to see that no such shoes get into customer's hands.
