In reply to your memo By/NS.{Norman Scott}5/G.4.11.37. requiring limits for the loadings on the above, the only alteration necessary to the figures given on the arrangement drawing E.86976 is in regard to note number 14.

This to be altered from a load of 2 lbs. approx. at 17 1/2" rad. to overcome the crank pinion friction disc to
2 lbs.
+ 1 lb.
