Re B.128-GA...S. de Mier, Esq.
BY8/G1.2.38

We have already pointed out to Mr. de Mier that 600 miles back we had found that the sump of the engine contained only a quart of oil and that it should never be allowed to go below 3/4 gallon, and that we were obtaining a report from you as to the condition after a further 600 miles.

We shall now be able to tell Mr. de Mier that further examination shows that the engine has been run short of oil and that this is undoubtedly the cause of the trouble experienced.
