The reduction of front braking on the EAC by altering a lever on the front countershaft.

BRAKING. We have to reduce the front braking on the EAC. We believe this can best be accomplished by altering the length of one of the levers. This lever is on the front countershaft, connected directly to the swinging lever. Besides altering the length of this lever, the angle at which it is set requires slight modification. If this is an awkward job, it will be immaterial for experimental purposes if the angle is left as at present. In any case the alteration is very slight.
