SHEET NO. -2-
19 35.

The tops and keep plates will have to be paired off at the filing stage and kept in pairs right through subsequent operations, all of which, as you will appreciate, will add to the cost of production.

The fact that the plated top will become scraped the first time the Jack is used leads us to suggest that the additional cost may not prove worth while, and we are, therefore, raising the matter at this stage so that you can give it re-consideration.

Yours faithfully,
FOR DUNLOP RUBBER CO.LTD.,

Frank R Carr

Sales Manager - Accessories.

P/S.

The sample socket with shortened spring referred to in our letter 20.6.35. was enclosed in the same envelope.
If you are still unable to trace receipt we will obtain another sample for your inspection.
