X 3031 - MAGNALIUM METAL
--------------------------

With reference to the above, have you any further information to give us, and have you heard anything further from the Metropolitan Foundry, Barnes Bridge, London, S.W. with respect to the sample you are obtaining for us?.

We have had a note from Mr. Royce to-day in which he says -

"Messrs. Taylor, Taylor & Hobson of Lacester, may be able to tell us where to get this metal.
We must be sure we have the correct alloy before comparing it.
The increased price suggested in your memo of over £300 per ton is too much."

Will you kindly communicate with Messrs. Taylor, Taylor & Hobson in connection with this matter.

EFC.
