Dear Manning, With reference to the figures which I mentioned to you on the 'phone this afternoon, on going through the job again I have come to the conclusion that I had better see you on Thursday and discuss it with you before going into any figures. You should then have plenty of time to look into the matter before the meeting takes place with Hives, as I do not think he will have finished his holiday until towards the end of next week. I hope to get to Dagenham by noon on Thursday, and will probably bring one of my assistants with me to do some of the driving. Yours sincerely, | ||
