25/30 H.P. Chassis : Starting Handle Cover.

With reference to ROY{Sir Henry Royce}/Msl/P.22.1.37 in regard to the suggestion that the starting handke covers should be made of Staybrite, which saves approximately 2/3d. per chassis, instead of being made of Dixtampo and chromium plated, there is no reason why the suggestion should not be adopted, therefore we are issuing instructions accordingly.
