DERBY.

Dear Robotham,
Your Ref:Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}8/KT.

Very many thanks for your letter and most interesting enclosure of December 11th regarding the peculiar tyre wear on the front axle of the Bentley.

I am to-day forwarding your letter and enclosure to the Factory and they would, I feel sure, very much like to see the actual tyres. I should be most grateful, therefore, if you could arrange to have them sent. They should be addressed to the India Tyre & Rubber Company Limited, Inchinnan, Renfrewshire, Scotland and marked for the attention of Mr.Paul Worth.

As a matter of fact I was in Derby yesterday and I very much hoped to have found you in when I called, but they told me that you were in France. I hope that you were not crossing in the gale.

Again very many thanks,

Yours sincerely,

Rothes-
