X4662 To G/Gn. from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/KT.12.12.33. With reference to G/Gn/CA.8/DN.11.12.33. We think we should pay for the four covers fitted at Glasgow. On a car like the Bentley it is almost essential to change the tyres after 7000 miles running if demonstrations are to be given in skiddy weather. We doubt whether it is worth the carriage to return the partly worn tyres to the works as their value cannot be much more than 5/- per cover.
