It has been arranged that the above bed be taken over by Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}, and it was verbally agreed that the following tackle be handed over with it :- (1) Electrical Gear. All the electrical apparatus, Avery balancer, tachometer etc. (2) Dynamometer. One DPX14 dynamometer No.12749 with dash pot etc. (3) Petrol System. Amal Mark 1X flowmeter. Float Chamber.
