HEIGHT OF FRONT WINGS RELATIVE TO BONNET.

Following up the minute on this subject with EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} I arranged the wings at various heights on a partly finished body, but modifications were undesirable. By actual measurements the position is that Bentley V.{VIENNA} radiator is ½" higher than Bentley ll, but the Bentley V.{VIENNA} wings are 2" higher than standard Bentley ll. The seating position of Bentley V.{VIENNA} has gone up the same amount as the radiator i.e. ½".
The question of not being able to see the wing is therefore due to the increased width of the front of the body, and not to lower wings.
