ATTENTION MR.LESLIE.
Dear Sirs,
Further to our letter of the 19th ult., we are pleased to inform you that we are today despatching, under separate cover, a number of Silentbloc Bearings for test.
As we arranged, all of these bearings are stamped with an arrow indicating in which direction end load should be applied. All of the bearings have been made with plain ends to the outer sleeve.
In the case of the E.21831 type, a harder rubber has been used in all samples, but in the case of E.21320, four only of the bearings have been made with hard rubber, the remainder being assembled with rubber of standard hardness. The quality of rubber used is indicated by a figure stamped on the end of the inner tube.
We shall be pleased if you will test these samples, and we look forward to hearing further from you in due course.
Yours Faithfully,
SILENTBLOC LIMITED
