For the attention of Mr.Gollop.

Dear Sirs,

With regard to the lengths of flexible car heater and defroster connecting hose which you sent us recently (1 1/2" I.D. and 3" I.D.) - the small diameter hose is satisfactory, but the large hose is not. When received it had evidently been folded and the internal wiring had come loose and collapsed. Since endeavouring to use it more of the wiring has broken loose permitting further collapsing of the hose.

We would like to know whether you can supply anything better than this. Also if we return the 3" dia. hose to you whether you can refit and fix the wiring in position internally.

We are anxious to see a sample of the Tee hose connection for which you are making the necessary formers, and trust that you will let us have same at the earliest possible moment.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
