CROSS STEERING LEVER FOR REDUCED OUT-OF-CENTRE POINT. PD.418 attached to Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}'s copy, shows the cross steering lever for the reduced out of centre point scheme. Here again for experimental purposes it is suggested that the lever be made from an existing forging suitably bent. The effect on the turning circle diameter of the out of centre point reduction is being investigated, and a figure will be given shortly for this. Meanwhile, the three schemes issued enable all the parts required to carry out the experiment to be detailed and made.
