Replying to your D/AN4/G3.5.37, we gather that the damge to the car is fairly extensive. Sufficient repairs are being carried out at Chateauroux so that the car can be driven slowly to England. The exact amount of damage will not be known until it is dismantled in Derby.

We believe the only damage, other than to the car, was the sign post mentioned in Scholes' report.
