Origin. To improve design. Experimental Test Report. The present leather covers fitted to rear brake adjusters do not last. They are destroyed by stones, grit and heat. In France they were always completely destroyed before the 10,000 miles was completed. Road Test Report. Fitted to 8-EX - run 10,000 miles - definite improvement over leather. Fitted to 11-EX car.
