To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} +300a Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.2/KW.27.5.35. SpectreCodename for Phantom III III Suspension Specification for France. In order to prevent delay in getting a SpectreCodename for Phantom III running in France, we have reduced the suspension specification as much as possible. The parts required other than those which are now fitted to the car are :- (1) Front springs to N.Sch.4484, springs G.83270/1. Modifications to existing spring guides and pots, G.83269 and G.83272. (2) Jacking Pads from N.Sch.4499, G.83273/4. (3) Modification to Buffers as shown to N.Sch.4478, G.83277/8. (4) Small front shock damper bellows, Ex.18848. (5) We should like the silent bloc bushes for the rear roll rod Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1870/1 to go with the car. This will mean that there will be no front roll rod and that the front of the car will be low. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} | ||
