| x319 To By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} c. to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} PHANTOM III HOT SPOT. Will you please detail the necessary alterations to the hot spot drawings of both the existing standard and the 4 port exhaust heated hot spot in order that they may be produced in Aluminium for trial. The weight of the existing standard hot box in cast iron is 13 lbs, which in alum would weigh approximately 5 lbs. In order to keep down the cost of the alteration, studs in place of screws should be used in order to avoid inserts where possible. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} | ||
