W/N. To Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. c. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} c. D/BP. 361 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.3/MH.{M. Huckerby}5.12.38. CHASSIS No. 61.MW. Referring to Br/G.2/G.19.10.38, we have checked the calorstat unit returned from above chassis and find that it opens unloaded 5°C too late and loaded 3°C too late. We agree it is not accurate but do not understand your statement that it did not lift at all in hot water, unless the said water was some temperature less than 73°C. This unit has been returned for correction for repair stock. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. | ||
