To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. c. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} X6096 EFC1/T13.9.28. The battery ignition on 9-EX misfires occasionally at very slow speeds on top gear, i.e. below 5 m.p.h., and as we can get no improvement by changing with a std. coil, we think this is due to the contact breaker and tungsten points. We would like the new flexible earthing connection D.71631 fitted to this contact breaker as we are of the opinion that this will cure the trouble. EFC. | ||
